These terms explain how the Yeska website works, how enquiries are handled, and how prices in EUR are presented before a quote is confirmed.

Prices and quotes

Figures shown across this site — day charter rates, weekly rates and deposit terms — are indicative values in EUR, set out to help you compare options before getting in touch. They reflect current season pricing but can vary by yacht, date and itinerary.

A binding quote is issued only after Yeska reviews your enquiry, confirms yacht availability for the requested dates, and sets out the final price, inclusions and payment schedule in writing. Until that confirmation is sent, no figure published on the site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

Rate changes

Yeska may update the rates and terms published on this site at any time without prior notice. The terms applicable to your charter are those confirmed in your written quote, not any figure you may have seen earlier on the site.

Booking terms

How do I secure a confirmed booking?

A booking is confirmed once Yeska has reviewed your enquiry, confirmed yacht and date availability, and received your signed quote together with the deposit payment. Until both the signed confirmation and deposit are received, the date remains open to other enquiries.

Can I change the date of my charter after booking?

Date changes are handled case by case, subject to yacht and crew availability for the new date. Contact the Yeska office as early as possible; requests made close to departure may not be possible given provisioning and crew scheduling.

Is a deposit required to hold a booking?

Yes. A deposit of 30% of the charter price is required at the time of booking to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before departure for all charter lengths.

What happens if Yeska cannot confirm my requested yacht?

If the requested yacht is unavailable for your dates, Yeska offers the nearest equivalent vessel from the fleet or alternative dates before any deposit is taken. No charge is made until you accept the confirmed yacht and date.
