Call the Palma base on +34 971 40 55 10 or send the same number a WhatsApp message if you prefer to write rather than talk; WhatsApp is checked throughout the working day and often gets a reply faster than a voicemail. The line is staffed Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 19:00, during the April to October season, and Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, outside it.
Email [email protected] for written requests, especially if you are comparing dates, yachts or budgets and want something to forward internally. Every enquiry, by phone, WhatsApp or email, gets a priced, written quote back within 4 business hours; if you write outside opening hours, the clock starts when the office opens the next working day.
What to have ready
Dates and guest count
Give us the date or week you want and the number of guests, including children, so we can match you to a yacht with the right capacity on the first pass.
Departure marina
Tell us if you want to leave from Moll Vell in Palma or another Balearic marina; most day charters sail from Moll Vell, but weekly charters can start elsewhere by arrangement.
Skipper or bareboat
Say whether you need a skipper and crew or plan to charter bareboat, since this changes which yachts in the fleet are available and how the quote is built.
