What personal data we collect and why
This page explains exactly what information Yeska's enquiry and contact forms capture and how that information is used.
Data collected through our forms
When you submit an enquiry through our contact or charter request forms, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, requested charter dates, and the number of guests in your party. Some forms also ask which yacht you are interested in and any specific requests, such as catering or itinerary preferences, so we can prepare an accurate quote.
We use this information for one purpose only: to prepare a charter quote and, if you proceed with a booking, to arrange the yacht, skipper and provisioning for your trip. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond handling the request you sent us.
Storage, access and deletion
We keep enquiry and booking data only for as long as it is needed to handle your request: typically until the charter is completed and the departure file is closed, or for a shorter period if no booking follows the enquiry. After that, records are deleted from our active systems.
Access to enquiry and booking data is limited to the Yeska team members who handle charter planning and crew liaison, not shared more broadly within or outside the company. No enquiry data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.
If you want your data removed from our records, send a request to our office through the contact page, naming the enquiry or booking reference if you have one. We confirm the deletion in writing within a few business days of matching the request to your file.
